Can I clean wall-to-wall carpet?
Yes. The Karcher Puzzi 10/1 is perfect for deep-cleaning large areas of wall-to-wall carpet—from baseboard to baseboard. Thanks to the wide carpet and rug nozzle, the cleaning process is much faster than when using the upholstery nozzle.
The carpet cleaner helps remove accumulated dust, household dirt, and shoe marks, and refreshes the appearance of the carpet without the need to remove the flooring.

What is required to sign an equipment rental agreement?
To sign a rental agreement, you will need a valid ID (passport or the Diya app).
For first-time customers, a security deposit is required in accordance with the rental terms. For regular customers, a security deposit is usually not required.
The security deposit is fully refunded after the equipment is returned and its functionality, completeness, and external condition are verified.
Signing the contract takes only a few minutes, after which you can immediately pick up the Karcher Puzzi 10/1 and start dry cleaning carpets, carpet tiles, sofas, and other textile surfaces.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we offer delivery of rental equipment in Mukachevo, Uzhhorod, Svalyava, Polyana, Berehove, and surrounding towns in Zakarpattia Oblast.

How to clean a carpet or carpet tiles with the Karcher Puzzi 10/1 carpet cleaner
Step 1. Prepare the surface
Before starting the cleaning process, thoroughly vacuum the carpet or carpet tiles with a regular vacuum cleaner to remove dust, pet hair, sand, and large debris.
Step 2. Prepare the cleaning solution
Fill the tank with clean warm water (about 40°C) up to the 10-liter mark and add two portions of Karcher CarpetPro RM 760 OA professional cleaning solution according to the video instructions.
Step 3. Attach the appropriate nozzle
For sofas, mattresses, and armchairs, use the upholstery nozzle. For rugs and carpet, we recommend attaching the wide floor nozzle, which allows you to clean large areas much faster.
Step 4. Apply the cleaning solution
Apply the cleaning solution evenly to the surface of the carpet or carpet tiles. On the dirtiest areas, let the solution sit for 10–15 minutes to better dissolve the dirt.
Step 5. Remove dirt and excess moisture
Using slow, even strokes, go over the surface of the carpet or carpet tiles in suction mode. The carpet cleaner will collect the cleaning solution along with the dissolved dirt and most of the residual moisture.
Step 6. Let the surface dry
After completing the dry cleaning, leave the carpet or carpet tiles to dry. On average, drying time ranges from 6 to 12 hours, depending on the pile height, temperature, and humidity in the room.
For large areas of carpet, we recommend using the DH Mini turbo dryer as an additional tool. It helps significantly speed up the drying process and reduces the risk of unpleasant odors or excess moisture in the future.
